In Europe, anu thailam is the most popular oil used to perform nasya. In India, however, there are many different existing oils for the treatment. In addition to oil, powders, saps and medicinal smoke can also be used. It all depends on the dosha disturbed and the complaint.
After taking this course, you will be able to immediately integrate the treatments into your practice.

  • Learn the therapeutic effects of nasya on the body and mind, from both the Ayurvedic and Western standpoints.

  • Information about these products
