Prana, discovering, strengthening, steering the Source Energy.

Tantric experiential workshops.
All over the world there are at least 45 terms that describe the reality of prana. Based on the living tradition of meditative yoga and tantra, we learn to discover, in an experiential way, the dimension of the life energy within ourselves, make it more awake and use it to create more vitality, well-being and awareness growth.
The Tantric yogis were pioneers in the exploration of the subtle body. In Tantra traditions such as Sri Vidya and the Nath sampradaya, experiments have been successfully carried out with methods that enhance the human energy system in an unrivaled way.

These workshops, which can be followed as a series or separately, work with these 'tools of tantra', as Harish Johari, one of my teachers, expresses this so aptly.
Note: the tantric methods that are taught belong to the 'right-handed' or Samaya Tantra. That is why we do not work with the 'left-handed' sexual tantra.

What do we do?

We learn to discover, balance and strengthen the energetic dimension of ourselves in a safe way. This is important because prana is the 'template' of our functioning.
In the sessions we always work from 'coarse' to 'subtle'. We travel experimentally through the different layers of our being: this means that we start with our body of flesh and blood and end with the chakras and kundalini.
In every workshop you get:
- a clear explanation of the how and why of the practices.
- 3 blocks of guided exercises that are usually performed sitting or lying (in shavasana). It always involves prana activating exercises, based on deep relaxation and mindfulness.
- A yoga nidra practice.
- A set of safe but effective pranayamas, sometimes introduced by some asanas.
- A guided meditation that leads to the silence beyond your thinking mind.
- A personal answer to all your questions about energy work, yoga, tantra and meditation.

The series is given according to the instructions of the Himalayan tradition. This tradition is a dhyana or meditation tradition and not a Hatha Yoga tradition, hence the big differences with some other systems. The teachings of Harish Johari, Sadhguru and Sri M. provide a supplement.
